Returned Item Form

All returns are at the managements discretion, and must be agreed with a member of our staff before being returned.

Please Note: Some manufacturers, for example "Bestway" and "O'Blue" have their own customer services teams in place to assist with enquiries relating to the warranties on their products, as such, any replacements are handled by these customer service teams rather than Cheaper Online Ltd. If there are any problems contacting the customer service teams or obtaining spare parts / replacements we will always be happy to help but your first port of call should be the manufacturers service line. Prior to returning the item you MUST complete the form below which will provide you with an "RMA" number to attach to your item, (this is different to your authorisation code). This will enable us to deal with your returned item promptly and efficiently once it has been received.
